The rubber diaphragm is of disc type and is firmly installed in its tray. The small I-shaped pores on the surface of the film are arranged in the helical circumferential opening mode, which can not only keep the diameter of the bubble discharged from the aerator within a certain range, but also reduce the resistance of the aerator relatively.
（4）Product function: The product is compressed by the gas when the compressed air, and the micropores on the rubber diaphragm expand to oxygenate the pool by themselves, and the bubbles become smaller by cutting the micropores. The diameter of the bubble can be adjusted by itself with the size of the ventilation volume, so as to obtain a better oxygenation effect. The design of sealing fixed ring and O-ring around the rubber film ensures the air tightness between the rubber film and the fixed disc. When the ventilation volume increases, the sealing capacity is also enhanced, effectively preventing air leakage.
When aeration stops, due to the resilience of the aerator diaphragm, the non-perforated and thickened area in the center of the diaphragm automatically adheres to the support disc, which plays a self-closing and non-return function, and the micro-pores on the rubber diaphragm will close themselves, so that sewage will not enter the aerator and pipeline system, and at the same time, it can prevent sludge blockage. At the same time, because the special rubber adapter has sealing function and shock-proof function after screw tightening, it ensures the connection between the aerator and the ventilation pipe is firm and the sealing is reliable.
（5）Interchangeability: The aerator is generally connected with R3/4 "external thread, which is a universal interface mode and has good interchangeability.
（6）Service life of aerator rubber diaphragm: The design service life of aerator EPDM diaphragm in municipal sewage is greater than five years. In the case of following the instructions, the actual engineering use can be more than ten years.
